INGREDIENTS:

Content:
1 cup pistachios (shelled)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
